All orders are shipped to the address provided with your order. Pax and Phoenix is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, stolen or damaged packages, or lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

RETURN POLICY

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date, in store, and 7 days from the shipped date, for online orders.

All returns will be issued a gift card for the total paid, less shipping charges.

For any exchange made, the customer will be responsible for original postage and return postage. If item is no longer available, a Pax and Phoenix gift card will be issued for the item/items returned value.

If the incorrect item was sent to you by mistake or there is a defect in the item you received, I will gladly send you a replacement item upon receipt of the returned item, with no additional charge for shipping. I will also refund you for the returned shipping cost.

To return your item by mail, please include the packing slip receipt with your return order and mail your items to the address below.
